MMA Strength and Conditioning
I love ALL sports -they are all great to watch. And when playing them, we build up strength and endurance that normal people just never will. And of all the different sports that i have played, as a kid or as a man, there was not one sport that involved the same type of training that an MMA Strength and Conditioning program does.
Not even football or swimming or anything. Not only are MMA fighters preparing for a real life war -that they HAVE to be ready for if they want to avoid serious injury -but MMA fighters MUST match and surpass there opponents training .
