You Are Who You Are… Aren’t You?

So “who” exactly are you? Are you the person your neighbor thinks you are or the person your best friend thinks you are or the person your worst enemy thinks you are? Or are you who you think you are? But “who” do you think you are? I mean really? Sometimes I think I’m the nicest guy in the world but then 5 minutes later I could think I’m a total idiot… so which is it? So much of what we believe to be “truth” is based on our perception or perspective. The “good” or “bad” part of this is that we all live, choose and act based on what we believe to be true. So if you believe you’re an idiot you will act like one (for the most part). If you believe you are kind and honest you will likewise act accordingly (for the most part). Most anxiety sufferers have a very negative and incorrect view of who they are which only magnifies the symptoms of anxiety. If you suffer from an anxiety disorder do yourself a favor, find a solid panic attack cure that teaches you the truth of who you are and live free.
