The Three Types of People – And Not All of Them Would Like to Loose Weight Fast
Many people are overweight today. And they fall into various categories. And I’m not talking about categories of the how much they are overweight, but what they plan to do about it.
There’s the first camp, that pretty much accept it as what it is. These people likely have the highest self-esteem.
Then there’s the second group, and they realize they want to lose weight, but they’ve realized it for a while, so they aren’t likely going to do anything anytime soon.
Then there’s the third camp. These people are desperate to loose weight fast. They will try pretty much anything. The paradox is that this last group isn’t really in any better shape than the second group, because they don’t yet realize that if you really want to loose weight fast, it’s better to stick to simple diet and exercise.
