How Not To Be a Statistic When Attacking Anxiety and Depression

When you’re deciding to start attacking anxiety and depression, you don’t have to be another statistic. You’re a statistic when you allow other people to put you in that category. There are millions of people that suffer from anxiety and depression and never get help for it. You don’t have to be that way. My husband was laid off from his job and he got so depressed that he didn’t want to talk to anyone. Since I had been battling with it for years and have gotten help since then, I recommended to him to try to talk to his doctor about it. He was hesitant at first, but he finally decided to talk to him and get some help for his depression.
