Before my senior year of high school, I met with my guidance counselor on what would be the best courses to take to prepare for my desired career in journalism. “Foreign language is going to be required, as are most of the upper-level writing and literature classes,” she told me. “I would also advise you to read a Rocket Spanish review or two before you sign up for your Spanish classes. I took some free online Spanish classes which helped me improve my Spanish somewhat. I wanted to improve my Spanish as best I could for my trip to Mexico. I didn’t have much time to study so I found what I could online and did the best I could with what I found. I just tried to learn the basics to get me by the days I would be in Mexico. My knowledge of the Spanish language has increased and thank goodness for free online Spanish classes or I would be nowhere. Over time I might learn more and expand my Spanish vocabulary.

 Recently my best friend lost her job, because the place she was working for went out of business, so she was in need of a new job. She told me she was always interested to become a travel agent, I told her that she should look into it. This poor guy told me that whenever he talks to anyone from her family, that they just give him the run around. They always tell him not to look for her because she was being protected. If she is in the witness protection or anything like that it will only give me her last known address before she went in. I was watching a movie about finding missing relatives and I saw an ad for The White Pages Directory search. I thought I would give it a shot seeing how I have never met a lot of the people on my dad’s side. I started searching the last names of the people I knew were blood related. I came up with three matches and went to Alabama to check them out. I met one of my aunts for the first time ever. I was so happy I actually located some of my family and now I could get to know them.
