For moms, one of the most challenging things is to make sure their kids have a healthy and interesting packed lunch. If you are a working mother, the challenge becomes a lot more challenging because you are on a time constraint. Fortunately, there are different food items that can make cooking up a meal a lot easier, like pickled jalapeno peppers.
For sure, you‘d want to make something as healthy as possible, not just any processed foods. But the question is can you do it in less time? Yes, you can. Here is one recipe I found in the Internet that you can prepare the night before and just cook in the morning.
You will need the following:- Chicken (skin and fat pulled off)- Pickled jalapeno peppers- Cayenne pepper sauce- Salt- Ground dried jalapenos- Egg
The process is very simple and easy. All you need to do is prepare a marinade. Get a half cup of pickled jalapeno pepper juice, a dash of cayenne pepper sauce, 2 tablespoons of minced jalapenos and water. Marinate the chicken overnight. Then in the morning, all you need to do is mix 2 eggs in a bowl; put salt, pepper, and some ground dried jalapenos in flour. Dip the chicken in the egg batter and roll them in the flour mixture. Then fry until golden brown.
It should not take you more than thirty minutes to fry the chicken. This is great because you are not serving your kids the same, dull fried chicken. The essence of the pickled jalapeno peppers will add a kick into this world-famous chicken dish.
